CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thank you for your business and for supporting independent designs made in the USA! We are pleased to offer you hand fabricated, artisan jewelry and hope you are completely satisfied with all that is AVAASI. We hand select gorgeous gemstones, crystals and luxurious materials. We’re proud that color and size will vary slightly, which makes our jewelry extraordinarily unique and inherently one of a kind.

Due to the hand-fabricated nature of AVAASI product, credit cards will be processed upon receipt of your order. Please make any cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

8.875% sales tax required by law on all orders billed or shipped in New York.

Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order in our studio. As such, we require up to two weeks to process and make you order and will ship as soon as possible.

SHIPPING | HANDLING

Your order is hand fabricated to order in our New York studio and will be filled as quickly as possible. Please allow one to two weeks for your order to ship. 

 

U.S and Canada Customers:

All orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground for $12 for packages 0.01 lbs - 5.01 lbs and $20 for 5.02 lbs and up

Expedited fabrication and delivery may be available, additional costs apply. If you need an order by a specific date, please indicate in the special instructions section and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

International customers:

We deliver to 170 countries around the world. All prices in $USD. The shipping fee is $24.95 USD to any country outside of the US and Canada. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Goods ship from U.S.A. without a problem. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

 

RETURN | REPAIR POLICY

 

Returns: All sales are final. Due to the fact each piece of  our artisan jewelry is custom, made-to order for each individual client by hand we can not accept returns.  No returns or exchanges.  No returns will be accepted at our retail partners.

Repairs: We do however offer a one year guarantee for each piece from our collection. We stand behind our superior craftsmanship. In the unlikely event a repair is needed due to normal usage, you may return the piece for repair up to 12 months after the date of purchase. A receipt or bill of sale will be necessary to honor the repair policy. Repair charges may apply. Shipping costs will not be paid for by Avaasi but are the responsibility of the client.

You are responsible for all shipping, to and from our studio, original shipping charges are non-refundable. All repair packages must be prepaid, packaged protectively and securely shipped via traceable carrier. You must obtain a mailing instructions for repairs by sending a note to: info@avaasi.com. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:  

AVAASI values the trust you have placed in us. We recognize and respect your privacy. Any information you provide is kept private and never, ever shared with third parties. All information and online transactions sent via Internet are encrypted and protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology and Verisign.
